Does anyone around breed or carry these guys? While I've been preoccupied with gha issues, my few aiptasia have turned into many, many more.
I've had varied success with lemon juice and a syringe. And I haven't heard great things about aiptasia x. The peppermint shrimp were greatly appreciated by hoss, the fu manchu lionfish.

[language filter]. I should have known it could never work out that cheap.

My big green sinularia leather needs a trim again. I can cut off a couple big pieces, or a bunch of little pieces. If you want one, let me know.

Very interested in the chiller. Would it keep around 20 gallons cold enough for a coldwater tank? And where do you live?

If jimmy can't find his, I've got you covered.

Just so you know. I'm going to be trading the par38 and gooseneck to Randall for the cherry aqua led he has on his tank. The par38 is overkill by about 100 times for this tiny tank. The new light will be a much better fit.

Not sure why you can't pm me. Feel free to text me though.

That's such a cute little tank!????I'm tempted but I haven't even set up the one I have!
Nothing goes better with an empty tank, than another empty tank!

I have one arctic so26 on my 40b. It works great, it's plenty of light for what you're talking about.

I just tore down my 2 gallon Fluval Spec tank. I'm looking to sell the whole setup for 100$. Here's what's included:
2 gallon Fluval Spec AIO Tank. (7" x 9" x 10")
Mini jet 606 return pump
50w heater
Ledtrics full spectrum par38 bulb with a gooseneck that clamps onto the back.
Two Little Fishies Phosban reactor run by a mini jet 404 pump that I was using as a refugium.
Here is an old picture of it on it's best day. It's on my counter running with vinegar right now.

Ill take it apart and post a sale thread tomorrow.

Yeah, it's a bummer. She had a good run though. I had her for over a year, and who knows how old she actually was. I think the average lifespan on the little guys is only a few years.

It was good to meet you today. Thanks for the frag!
These are great deals! Huge, beautiful frags.

My little mantis shrimp went into her cave to molt last week and never came out... Poor little guy.
I'm going to take the tank apart. I'm just checking to see if anyone would be interested in it once it's down. I'll make an actual sales thread if there's any interest in it. If not, I'll just store it for a while.

I tried the stirring up method. All it did was spread the algae around.
My best solution was to suck it out while I was doing water changes. Increase water changes and figure out what's fueling it.

Nice! It looks great! That definitely beats the slow death it was suffering in my tank.

How long have they been sitting by the mind blowing palys, I've heard the purple death/nuclear greens can be effected pretty easily by rover palys.

I had one of these going for a while. It was doing okay until I forgot to take it off the window sill one night in January. Everything was dead in the morning.

either silicone up the bulkhead so its water tight.. or use a HOB filter for the fulled sealed pot.. thats what I would do
Not too worried about the bulkhead. I was more concerned about the bare, unglazed clay eventually letting water soak through. I'm leaning towards the fully glazed bowl I think. I'd need to drill the drainage hole bigger anyway to fit a bulkhead.
