I use my apex for automating everything and then I have my RODI unit hooked up to my Float valve. Works flawlessly

Ya that would be cool, someday I will have my garage for a fish room and i would set up something like that. I would like to set up a flair valve for my rodi but I'm not really sure how

Tunze 3152. One time it was due to snails blocking the float valve,

that sounds horrible! I was surprised how nothing seemed to go wrong while I was gone

Luckily the longest I have been away is three nights, and my neighbor helps, but he isn't up to full speed on reefing.

What is your feeding schedule?

That's always good, I always come home to an auto, that stops working for no apparent reason.

Well some kind of nutrient is spurring the growth so it's being used by the gha making it appear like phosphates and nitrates are at a good level,
So we need to figure out source of excess nutrients. I have never dosed hydrogen peroxide other than spot dosing to kill turf algae.

I wish it was, i used to have a small frag of that and it just exploded into a mini colony very quickly but i lost it in one of my tank crashes.
When i was at the member's house to pick up the coral, the coral i was there for was attached to the rock so i was just going to throw my bone cutters in my back pocket and good to go. Well i forgot them at home and had no choice but to take the whole rock.
When i put the rock into the bucket i reached in and felt a few of them and they were very stoney so i knew it was some sort of sps.
Thanks Bert!

green spongodes? looks too spongy though

I like the magnetic plug idea. Does it grip well? I would worry about the flow catching the frag as it gets bigger.
Yes its a pretty strong magnet, I also used a couple of frag plug stems glued on it to form a base to attach the coral to.

I'll take a few heads of that torch. Say 10 heads. PM me meet up details.

New frag
Green with purple tip monticap. $5 accidental frag.
Still have torches left, can be cut easily to size. Currently have a nice piece with 4 heads ready to go. $20 for it ($5 a head)
These last two groups have 6-8 heads each.

Where do you get the magnetic plugs? I've seen them online but was wondering if any place local has them? Maybe I'll try Amazon...

Can you find IC at Home depot? Or a local store?

That bsi ic-gel is really good.

I usually do it like Jorge epoxy and gel, that has always worked the best for me.

Is your phone rooted?
You might want to go to the app settings and clear the cache data for it, not sure what adblocker would have to do with it.

The average human head weighs 8 lbs
I should say circumference, it's getting smaller though, and now it three large colonies
