Hi guys, I have him in a 100 gallon frag tank and he is just too big now, eats like a horse and never been sick, had him about 2+ years now and would like to find him a nice big home. He has been in my reef tanks all along with no problems. I would like to trade him for a nice not your average softy something colorful of course, and I am in Gresham, I go to the Woodburn mall area every Wednesday late afternoon if that helps find him a home. My tank is 100 gallons with 25 gallon refugium under and 20 gallon DSB. Koralia Evolution (600 GPH) - Hydor for side flow, Quiet One PRO 5000 (1458 GPH) - LIfegard pump from sump to tank (PVC pipe with many holes) for flow, also feeds a BRS GFO & Carbon Reactor, and a 20 gallon DSB I kept from the old refugium(no plants at the moment) I'm running 4 bulbs T8 36" acantic lights on it. I have one white LED double strip 48" light dont remember the make but its from China I had laying around just for a little white light. Reef Octopus 200 skimmer. 5 gallons of crushed coral/shells intake filters through to bio filter/PH control. Had an old refugium tub with a bio filter rolling wheel I also threw in the sump which has three drawers above it I put filter material, nitrate sponge material, and charcoal off and on. My 74 gallon bowfront display tank in the house is also part of this system, with 60lbs live rock.

I have a custom built stand for a 72 gallon bow front, one door needs some help, also 1-1/2" thick material so it is not light, let me know if your interested for $20.

we did the boat snorkel and we drove down to the lava flats not in a boat I think the drive and snorkel was better than the boat trip...

going for surfing lessons tomorrow even though the shark attacks are up.... maybe going to be eating shark for dinner...

Well I have to say I have not been very impressed with my first real reef experience in Maui, went to 2 dive sites today and the most impressive fish was the Moorish ideal fish other than that the black trigger and yellow tangs were taking over. Not one soft coral and all the hard corals were finger corals half were dead and the other half were looking like a one year old tank just starting to cover some rock ..... OMG and the sea urchins were in every crevice like a blanket of deadly oops you touched a rock now you'r screwed sorta thing.... am going to venture out on scooter to dive along the coast so i hope I will find more impressive sites....
