Wow great experiance, went over to trade a bag of salt. All I wanted was a small frag of kenya tree and he sent me home with much much more. Very generous thanks for the frags.

I wanted to thank Tim for hosting the meeting and for the cleaner shrimp, was alot of fun, I didn't talk much being it was my first meeting and don't really know anyone yet. It's on a bio-cube, no where to use a filter sock otherwise I would.

What do you all do with your filter floss? Do you clean it out and reuse or do you toss it when you change your tank water?

It's a new tank, to me anyway. Set it up last sunday. So partial w/c was done then. Next one will be next saturday.

I put 5ml in the tank and my ph dropped. I also dosed a aptasia with joe's juice would that have caused my ph to drop at all?

I have some unopened bottles of.... Pro buffer dKH and eseential Elements. These were bought long ago when I was initially gonna start a sw tank but never did. Both bottles are unopened with no exp date on them would they still be good to use? And does anyone use these? Are they good products?
