Re: Tank additions Water changes every 7 days also check params at that time too. Twice a week I dose with 'fuel' and 'one'. Every 2 weeks I feed the nems some frozen raw shrimp. That's all I can think of off the top of my head lol Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk

I don't have any powerheads/pumps physically in the refugium... should i? It's only 4.5" deep so it might be hard to add one..

I was checking out my refugium today and found some nasty stuff. First I saw an aiptasia that was probably 3 inches long (thanks Pet Time for kindly giving that to me (wife)(wife)(flame)) and I also saw this weird algae growing on the top of the macro and on the water surface... any ideas??? It almost looks bubbly... gross! Sorry that they aren't the best pictures, I had to lean as far over the tank as I could lol

I have Coraline starting to grow all over my new(ish.. 2 months old) overflow box. I was hoping to nip it in the bud before it got out of hand.. or should i not? It's all over the back and side walls of my tank.. but I gave up on trying to get it off! lol Is Coraline good? bad? ugly?(scratch)

I have a pair of Clownfish for sale. They are a pair and go everywhere together. I got them from Liquid and paid $50 about 2 months ago with the hopes that they'd host our anemone's.. then I found out they aren't compatible with ours..oops! Asking $25 but am open to offers I put them in a 10 gal so they would be easy to catch again. I feed them either Aquadine Pellets, or Rod's food!

I agree, and it is so frusterating!! I think it may be because I just switched from Cf's to t5ho's and add some LS in place of my old cc. but still(scratch)

I run a CPR Aquafuge 2 HOB Refugium/skimmer with CC, LR rubble, Chaeto and other macroalgae. I also run a home-made diy sump, with a MaxiJet return pump (use the return as a powerhead too)

I feed once a day. Usually 1-2 pellets per fish

11 hrs a day, 9 daylight and 2 actinic only I feed the Aquadine Marine pellets. as a treat I also feed Rods Food Ammonia 0, PH 8.2, Nitrate 0/5ish, nitrite 0, calcium 420, I do have the 2 Koralia 3's pointing semi upwards (one towards the front, 1 towards the back) and I also have a small Rio that is skimming over the sands surface, for flow down below

I don't really know what "Used" (lol...) fish go for. I paid $15 each for the Clowns x 4 = $45 $50 for the Sailfin = $95 and $40 for the Coral Beauty = $135 So just make an offer I guess?
