Hanna has a demonstration video on Youtube that shows how to shake the vial for the phosphate checker and how to open the reagent packet to get it all out and into the vial.

Just got one with the liquid reagent but haven't used it yet. If Alex (near me) wanted to meet up sometime we could compare La Motte and the Hanna together on the same tank sample.

My dog had this surgery...twice...not quite the $6 million dog but only a few decimal points away.

What I am noticing is for example the Poll on the Percentage of propagated corals' date=' while on the main page it shows "Stylaster" as the last person to post a comment on that thread, when you click on it, its actually not Stylaster, its someone else, and on the main page it might show just one reply to a thread but when you click on the thread it actually has many replies, almost like the main page is delayed, or some threads are not updated. Not sure if that is what they are talking about or not....but its the glitch in the matrix I was talking about...[/quote']

 

 

So what I noticed in that particular thread was hitting 'last page' didn't take you to the last page. I had a previous test post in there and I removed that and the 'last' option worked once again. I also made a new test post and the thread appeared back on the front page immediately. Hopefully it's an isolated case.

Can let my streak end so I'm in.

Why are the post counts off for the threads on the main page?

Can you give me a specific example?

We had to restore a couple of database tables from a backup so I'm not surprised somethings might be a little wacky. It does seem faster right now or maybe I just stared at it doing nothing all day so anything will be faster (nutty)

It looks like I am able to start a new thread without getting the error now.

I wish we would get some kind of notice that the site is going to go down. I really don't frequent any other sites and I forget all the names of the other ones. Would be nice to round up the troops at a different site for all of us that have withdrawals lol. I was thinking about that today. Maybe a twitter account and a Facebook update. Also this was NOT a planned update or downtime - trust me - if it was we would have given warning.
