What does it do?

(clap)So I am starting my new build...I purchased a 80G tank a couple of months ago, and am starting to build the stand and then the Light Canopy...I am going to build a new Sump as the one I have on my 39G is an old Wet/Dry and too small. I will be installing Dual MH. and 2 VHO 36in Actinic. I havent perchased a new return pump yet but I am going to have two holes drilled for the return, one hole to the sump. and I would like to install a closed loop...Do it NOW ya know... I dont want to put water in and then decide well I wish I did this or that.... Taking the time now, as my wallet and wife will allow... The Stand is almost Done.(rock2)

I am setting up a new 80G, and wondering what would the best size pump for that size tank.... I know it should circulate so many times an hour but I dont remeber how many times...it will have to rise about 45inches to return... I know its alot to ask, but Im sure one of you guys can rattle off the right answere pretty quicklly... Im getting ready to drill holes in the tank for intake/Return and closed loop. Please Help.And Thanks PNWMAS Kevin

Are these the little star fish ,or sea slugs?

How do I make that? or can I buy it at a store?

Is there a way to control or remove yellow star polyps... The colonies are spreading like crazy, and I dont want them near my Corals... Any suggestions on clearing them out ie. Fish , crabs, or Scrapping them off the rocks? Thanks Guys..(rock2)

I have 3 in a 39g. One thang I would like to change is, I wish I would have known more about the hobby 2 years ago when I set my tank ... I would have drilled my In/Out to sump in my Tank...I have a 80G I am starting to set up and I am going to drill that one for sure as soon as I can afford to get it done...Unless some here can help out.. wink wink.LOL

If I notice some Ich on my fish, if I can catch them and give them a fresh water dip, will that kill the ich? If so, If I remember correctlly, do I leave them in FW till they are almost dead, or si there a set time? I have noticed a 1 white spot on my Tang
