I did not regret not "buying" that LPS. The fish and snails are free , i am not greedy:) It was my first time got gift from LFS. I will definitely visit Coz more to support him.

I didn't buy that coral as it has a very rare color (light blue in red) and I don't have time to take care of the tank.

just came back from OIAB today. As usual, the owner is super friendly and helpful on all questions. I picked up a few snails and a yellow eye tang. when I was thinking not to buy a brain coral, he said i would regret not buying it ([language filter], I wish I asked myself why he asked me about that:))). As I don't have too much time to take care of my tank recently, I said that is okay, I don't want to lose this beautiful piece due to lack of maintenance. It was surprised me that he told me everything is FREE to me when I checked them out!!! I came out his gorgeous store with questions full of my brain....To be honest, I don't visit his store very often due to its distance. What is going on there? any secret promotion? store anniversary? first Chinese customer? or just because I know his friend? i have no clue....

Thanks buddy, no hurry about that, i bought a mp10 for the nano tank i have. I just curious what wrong with mp20 as I don't believe what Ecotech told me (both dry side and wet side need to be replaced). If that is the case, I just throw it away. I will let you know when I head up or drive back portland.

Yeah it is a very pretty store. What I know they are the only one worth a visit in Seattle area. What 's wrong seattle reefers? Are they too busy with work to keep a reef tank?

Have a mp20 not working, if ur driver makes it work again, I'd like to buy your driver. Old driver is fine too.

Still need to figure out this error code. Anyone has an old mp20 or 40 driver to sell or lend out? If my driver is dead, I would buy yours.

there is an instruction for a reset on 1st gen as well. I tried it and it did not work. The pump was sent to vortech. They told me the motor bearing is bad, website is bad as well. Both need to be replaced. They will charge me 300+ to fix it. I asked them to ship it back and I bought a mp20 for my 34g tamk. After the pump back home, I opened dry side. Both bearings are free to turn. (wasted money to buy spare bearings...$ ) the wet side is free to spin as well. The error light (red/green) means overheat on dry side. In this case, I did not find a reason it can be overheated or stalled. I believe due to the water went inside control box, the dry side temperature sensor was shot and sends a false positive signal to controller all the time. If u have a controller , please let me hook up my motor to troubleshoot it.

mine is blue case version . There is a way to reset that as well. I tried that , controller was not able to be reset.
