    LOST

But we don't know how Locke lost the use of his legs in the "new" timeline.

    LOST

I believe that is a difference in the "new" timeline. I'm wondering who his mother is. I'm betting either Anna Lucia or Juliet.
  3. BTW, here is my build thread from last year, in case you have not seen it: http://www.pnwmas.org/forums/showthread.php?t=9655
  4. BTW, if this hole is going to be visible, be careful with a hole saw as it may tear the surface of the wood. A Forstner bit would leave a better hole on the top, though they are more expensive, and might not handle hitting a nail as well as a hole saw.
  5. Depending on how much "clamping" you need, plastic cable ties can be used.
  6. I had a yellow clown goby that did fine for several months, loved to eat cyclopeze. He even went down the overflow into the filter sock once. Then just disappeared one day.
  7. You can look at the wire, either coming out of the breaker (you will probably have to remove the front cover of the panel) or at an outlet. The wire may be marked with the gauge of the wire. If it is, it would probably be easier to read at the panel, since the wires at the outlets are usually coated in drywall mud and paint. It it isn't marked, you will need to measure the wire itself, either with a gauges, or maybe with wire strippers that are marked, or comparing to a known wire. All of this should be done with the power turned off (at the breaker when working at the outlet, at the mains if messing with the panel).
  8. I finally got my lights up this weekend. Glad you are doing OK.
  9. Are you using any optics on you LEDs?
  10. Actually, restricting the output of a centrifugal pump makes it use less energy. Imagine the output completely closed off, all the pump is doing is spinning the water around in the pump chamber. Once it is up to speed, it take relatively little energy to keep it going. Compare that to a pump with the output open, it constantly has to accelerate the incoming water as it replaces the water that is pumped out.
  11. I also had some work done after a car wash incident at Mackin's. They did a good job as well.
  12. I've had two cars worked on at Velvet Hammer, and have been very happy with them. Andy, stop by and I'll show you pictures of our Rav4 that they fixed....
  13. I have black sand in my tank. I like the look. The only downside that I've seen is that it is magnetic, so if you have a magnetic glass cleaner, and drop it in the sand it will pick it up. http://www.pnwmas.org/forums/showthread.php?t=9806
  14. Just about any local glass shop should be able to supply that. Starphire in that thickness is a noticeable difference, at least side by side with plain glass, but will about double the cost of the glass.
  15. I've been running an MP20 in my 20 gallon glass cube since January. No heat problems, the dry side barely gets warm. I can only turn it up about 1/2 way before the sand starts to fly. The MP10 would probably be better for me, but it wasn't out at that time. I've seen the reports of folks claiming it melting acrylic tanks, but that doesn't match my experience. -Darrell
  16. I installed their super nano in my cube, and have been happy with it. No problem in drilling the hole, though it takes a while on 3/8" glass. The only issue has been when a snail decided to explore inside, and causes a minor overflow. A grate from egg crate solved that.
  17. I saw it in the theater, great movie, great ending.
  18. Dude! If I had a VW bus, I'd have to do it up Dharma Initiative style!
  19. Here is my fun car: 1966 Triumph TR4A IRS 2.2 liter in-line 4 Dual Weber 40DCOE carbs Headers Lightened flywheel other mods....
  20. They are cool, but it looks like they would tend to hang out in the caves and such? -Darrell
