Wow mike, nice pyramid butterflys. I cought 2 yesterday. I'm going to try to bring them back home. They don't seem to ship well.

I thought I saw a pair at Tims shop. If you can wait a few weeks I can catch you a pair. I'll be on Oahu collecting again.

So is it legal for me to go to Hawaii let's say in two weeks and harvest zoas and ship them back to the mainland?

Yep, you will see them in the heavy rainforest in kauai, The were introduced in the 70's for breeding for the pet trade. Now its illegal to ship them out. Im going diving tomorrow, if you have your take ready PM me i will catch you something cool.

My favorite angel would be a toss up between a Centropyge boylei and the chrysurus angel. My favorite wrasse is the lineatus super male. But if i could only have 1 fish i would keep a fresh water asian arowana.

I caught a couple last week when I was in Hawaii and shipped them to seahorse. Cheri might have them eating by now. You can try there.

IMO,Who ever sold this fish to this poor girl needs to make it right. I cant believe a respectful store owner or sponcer of this forum would sell a person the wrong fish and not take care of the problem. Step up!

I heard Seahorse Aquarium is getting a Hawaiian shipment in on saturday. They might have a few small yellows, or Koles, fourline wrasses, mystery wrasse, flame angels, .. (whistle) oh yeh yellow tangs.. IMO if they are small they should be ok. We catch them as small as an inch. J

IMO a 6" blue tang is too large for a 55 gallon tank.

I really like the scalloped hammerhead shark pond. The outdoor tide pool ponds are awesome too. Wish someone would buy my fixer house so I could go. J
