I would be very interested, use to have a large Hydnophora colony, trying to grow a frag out now. PM me as to what you are looking at either price wise or trade wise. I might have someone that could even come get it in the next few weeks.

Every year it seems a little overwhelming to plan such a party and get all the donations, but I end each party very happy to put on another one the next year.

Aqua Illuminations finally came through on an AI SOL Blue (although not completely free)

Reef Nutrition has some food on the way

Aqua Medic is sending an Aquaspot LED Light and Gift Certificates to their new Water Testing services (of which I have used and highly recommend)

Nautilus in Springfield donated some fish food and other supplies

I might even have some killer Acro's to give away

Rented an Ice Cream machine again and some extra tables and chairs

Degassing Air Tower - Helps remove the excess CO2 and keeps PH up. I run the Calcium Reactor at 6.5, but the PH comes out of the tower at 8.2

I have also been getting great feedback about the "FREE" table and I hope that everyone takes an opportunity to help a fellow reefer out with something thats just sitting around. I think everyone will find something for them.

Last year I had 8 bags of ice, so if more people can bring ice that would be great!

Forgot to mention that I have cleaned out my photography studio behind my house and will turn it into a movie room for the children. Probably will put on Nemo. Its carpeted so the kids can sit on the floor, of if you have a fold up chair for your child go ahead and bring that.

A few of the higher end items will go into a raffle - Each member of this club (with proof of membership) gets one free ticket, while Emerald525 will be selling tickets for $5 each to benefit "Tanks for Teachers". You can also purchase memberships at the meeting from Emerald525 (Kim).

Another free raffle will be held for remaining items and is open to everyone without any purchase, everyone that comes will get one ticket.

There will be a "FREE TABLE" for supplies (or whatever) that people wish to donate to others (please go through your storage and bring anything you think might benefit another fellow reefer), I have some great stuff that I am no longer using already going on the table.

I will try to do a write-up of my system so that people can read and understand what they are looking at.

I just started to contact companies about giveaways for the meeting. I am happy to announce that both EcoTech and AquaIlluminations are sponsoring the meeting!

So, what I may end up doing is having a few high end items that will go into a raffle. PNWMAS members will get one free ticket into the raffle, and anyone can purchase more tickets for $5 each. All money raised will be given to Tanks for Teachers.

So far I believe we'll have an Ecotech Radeon LED, Ecotech ES10w, and AI SOL LED.

These are actually the first two companies I contacted, so I am hopeful to see what else is donated.

To help drum up memberships I am looking into seeing if I can get an LED Reef Light to offer up in a raffle to all that show up with a membership card or some proof of membership. I will update when I know for sure. I hopefully will get either an AI SOL or EcoTech Radion.

Is there someone that will be at the meeting that can take memberships? I would probably open up the first hour or so for people to get one if they forget or can't get one ahead of time.
