Wanted to know what type of in sump return pump you guys could recomend? I have a 50 gallon cube w/ two 1/2" returns. (scratch)

Looking to trade these two ballasts for whatever you guys have to offer. I'm about ready to setup my tank and will be needing LR,Sand, and just about anything you can think of.

Yeah I plan to put a clear or next to clear finsh on it when I'm all done. I'll have pics of the door in a few days. It will look like the top but with several pieces of stained glass.

I used white maple, and purple heart for the top. The sides and back are a maple ply. The front face which isn't pictured is white maple aswell. I keep learning the hard way on building this thing. The stand has almost cost me as much as the tank alone. But hey its custom.

Wanted to add some pics of my tank build. Hopefully it will be filled within the next month???? Just have the face left to make and then the top. (rock2)

Would like to add if anyone is interested in these ballasts I am open to offers. Like stated they don't have reflectors or moguls. They are an older style w/o the quick disconnect cord! The guy I got them from wired them with a female plug end.

I'm looking for some used mh reflectors and moguls. I have 2 -175watt pfo ballast w/o them right now and am looking for a temporary light fix. DOH!

I'm setting up a 50 gallon cube reef tank and would like to know what the difference is between the wet dry sumps with bio balls as apposed to the sumps with the filter sock? I have a wet dry w/ bio balls now and it's way to big for the stand I made. So I'm in the market for something smaller and had just planned on putting an aga down below for my skimmer and pumps. So whatever ideas and answers you guys have would be most appreciated. (scratch)

I'm looking for a 2' combo lighting setup @ least 250watts w/ ballast. Also looking for a venturi style in sump skimmer, for my 60 gallon tank. (drooler)

Do they make a 2' maristar combo light anymore? I saw a guy on the classified thread selling one. I need a 2' light set up and this one looked good. I just couldnt find any info on that size hood. Can you guys recomend something for me to go with?

Small world! Yeah that's the tank and its actually 2x2x18" so more like 45 gallons.

Did you buy this locally or online? The second option.

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna go with a 250 watt setup.

I'm interested in getting into the hobby but It seems there are tons of metal halide bulbs to choose from. What are the pro's and cons to the different styles of bulbs? I am starting a cube tank that is 2x2x2 and plan on having hard corals,clams, along with many other items. (scratch)

Used acrylic sump 26" L x 12" W x 15.5" D, 1 Rio 2500 pump, 1 CA 2200 Pump, P Skimmer, Overflow Box, All working with no leaks. Need to clear out of my garage.$$$90.00$$$ Dont know manf of sump. Rio is a few months old.(rock2)
