Yes they can be used with any reflector as long as it's a single end bulb. You just have to change the plug end since these have plug ends for pfo.

Ah good to know! I have only found 1 head of it so far and i'll see if the peppermint shrimp will make short work of it. But if they don't I'll try some of that too:)

I've heard that too but I have zoo's and I heard that kills them too. I've had a peppermint shrimp in the past that took care of a small outbreak in the past. So I'd like to try another one:)

Wanted to say thank you again to Joel @ Waves! I got a little crazy treing to tighten a pump on my skimmer the other night, and broke the addapter:( luckily Joel had plenty of theses parts on hand and just handed me a couple! So again I just want to say how amazed I was and thankfull for his help!(rock2)

Reduced the price of the pfo's to $100 for all 3.

The reflector is the big version. It is the one that came From the manufactor built partialy upside down. The reefer I got it from fixed It up. I just don't need it for my size tank.

Have 3 pfo 175 watt ballasts w/ cords for both ends $100 for all 3. Have 1 SS 400watt pulse start w/ timer and Reflector, got this in a trade from a fellow reefer. $150.00 SOLD
