I have seen this done on a few other forums, so I thought it might be a good idea for this one. The purpose of this thread is so people can share a picture they have taken without creating an entire topic for one picture. Its limited to pictures that each user has personally taken. And one photo per day, try not to clutter it up with just random pics and a million responses.. Try and stick with a quality photo, instead of posting for the heck of it. This is not just for reef Pictures, but those are always appreciated. I am not sure if there are a lot of serious photographers on this site, so this might not be the best topic for pnwmas, but I figured I would give it a shot anyway.

What camera are you using to take this? It probably has a manual white balance setting you can adjust. Take a white coffee filter, put it over the lens, then up against your tank with all the lights on and set the white balance that way. It will make your pictures a lot more color accurate.

Insurance doesn't cover live animals. Way to be though. We'd definitely kill all those animals so that we would have to buy more. That definitely sounds reasonable.
