they are ment for cooler waters around 70-72 so they dont last long or at all in reefs like are's

shes just getting used to the light no biggy

the only traps ive seen were glass jars with saran wrap on the top with a rubber band and a small home in the top with mysis in the jar it worked well for many people

what other pairs do you have ron ive got a false and maroon getting the blue strip and onxy next week hopefully but i need a true pair

why not just buy cheap sams choice 2 liter of soda for 50 cents and then pitch the soda. ive dont that atleast 30 times. used them for brines phyto

its normal for an anenome to react to different lighting. i would just feed it mysis as said before every few days and not all anenomes ive owned have been dark i actually have some neon yellow clear ones they have never darkened for years and they eat a silverside every 3 days no probelm and is the size of a 10gal tank easy so i dont think its bleached looks perfectly normal. also especially if oldbrownies said is mother and the clone both look that color had he has had it for a year i would think its going to stay that sweet light pink.

does it have like little patches of clear fibers that are on its side

looks fine normally if it is deflated all the time or most of the day then it is trouble. but it looks perfect if it had its foot stuck on anyting and is not floating and no part of its mouth esxpelling its perfect. looks perfect to me. most anenomes get their food from light so little food is normally needed.

they are larger frags and some colonies ill pm u pics you tell me how many frag i can get out of it and then ill tell you what i would like.

they are work horses and all it wll do in turn is let the impeller spn freely a few rotations so it may not work as hard. i would just stick with the ball valve on the output no need to have some go back into the sump

thats one awesome pair and anenome where did you get that pair im buying my next pair from making waves heard nothing but great things on their blue strip pairs. any luck with rearing yet?

if your going to do actinic do either vho's or t-5's i recently went from vho's to t-5's because they cost alot per bulb and last 6 months or with t-5's you buy the bulb for about the same and it lasts for about 12 to 14. do regret getting my t-5 for actinic because the vho's are much better at color pop but then again im not using reflectors with the t-5's and also its a pci bulb ill get d&d ones shortly to see if that fixes my problem.

i use 2 icecap 250w se 10k xm on my 40 breeder. same on 1 of my frag tanks 48x24x10 then 2 150W phoenix on other frag tank thats 2 20L's dont ask. and have 8 54w t-5s for another frag tank that just havent had time to setup which is also a 48x24x10, and 2 t-5's over my broodstock tanks and another 150w hqi phoenix over my growouts dont ask on that either. reflectors are spiders on the icecaps and pci on the phoenixs and nothing on my t-5's. im thinking of going to 250w de phoenix's on all tanks with the icecap pendents. just havent got the money yet.
