Sick fish. Don’t have enough space to qt

I have a small blonde naso (3”-4”) and a tomini. Naso has some sort of disease/pest and I don’t have the space to qt. While the tomini is getting bullied to the point that he needs to come out of the tank. Its fin has bean torn. I’m willing to let go of them for free as long as they’ll get the care that they need. Tomini is in the same tank as the naso so they would both need qt. Naso is also extremely friendly towards people and loves attention.

I can take the Tomini in. It would be in a peaceful community tank with smaller fishes. I am nearby in Vancouver.
