Cobalt
Just did my annual filter replacement on my unit, and the carbon block filter is a tiny bit lose in the filter housing. It’s lined up correctly I think, but I noted there is about 1/8in of play in the filter even with the housing screwed all the way tight, as if the filter is an 1/8in short. But the gaskets on either end are present. This means water will pass around the filter rather than through it, correct? Did I get a bad filter? Micah
Does it have the rubber seal rings only both ends?
Cobalt
It did, but I grabbed a rubber seal from the old carbon block to double it up and got a good seal now. 🤷♂️
