When I hooked it up it didn't chill much, so I took it down to PCI and they gave me a brand new one. In the interim I had to buy a chiller to keep my temps down so I have no need for this one. So this is still in the shrinkwrap, straight from PCI. It auto switches from cool to heat which is really nice, especially if you keep your house cool in the winter and undersize your heater in case it gets stuck on. I beleive it is rated somewhere inbetween 1/15 to 1/10 HP. It is thermoelectric so it is rated in watts though (150W). Ideal for tanks under 32 gallons. $180 takes it. Will consider trades.
