dsoz Posted October 12, 2007 Share Posted October 12, 2007 T5 are only good if they have individual reflectors. I am happy with my 6-bulb TEK light (for the price). I had it over a 45g long, now it is over my 75g. It keeps all the corals I have happy. Since the one on ebay does not say anything about individual reflectors, it probably does not have them. You should double check though. If it has them, it is a screaming deal (compared to a TEK light). If it does not have them, it is probably not worth it. reef-fisher Posted October 14, 2007 Share Posted October 14, 2007 i think you can find a better fixture for about the same cost. reflectors are everything in t-5 lights, and it only has one cord for both bulbs. no warmup with the actinics.
