reef-fisher
well, i think i figured out the noise issues with the tank itself. now i would like to put a skimmer on it. anyone know of a quality skimmer for 40 or so gallons? tried the fission nano and wasnt impressed. then it was a prism, wich worked well, but was extremely noisy and bulky. after that was a skilter, which essentially was the same as the prism as far as noise and bulkiness. would like to find a cylinder type skimmer that isnt 2 feet tall. in sump, hob or whatever works is fine. any ideas? thanks. R-3
I have a Tunze 9002 that I like. Also people really like Aqua C Remoras and CPR Backpacks. I have a Precision Marine HOT one that worked well also for a small skimmer. Later Ryan

ThePremiumAquarium
I have a skimmer you can give a shot. it is pretty compact. Havn't used it, but I would let you give it a shot and if you like it trade me for a few frags. Let me know. Garrett

reef165
how big is your nano? you could just do weekly or even bi-weekly waterchanges and not even need a skimmer.
