HyphyMike
Thats pretty funny! My question is, was this intentionally done or did it make its way onto the shell somehow?
wanikki
Not intentional at all. The Xenia stalk was a total surprise to us - we have no idea how it got there on the shell. After laughing at the poor creature for a bit - although he seemed to strut his stuff by walking around to all of the other hermits as if to say "look what I have!" - we pulled him out of the tank and applied vinegar to dissolve the Xenia stalk. N70SJ
That is PRICELESS!!!!!! I have NEVER seen a crab with such a CRAZY hair-do! I'll take 2! Name your price lol. I have heard people had troubles with their Xenia moving around but that takes it to another level!
TaylorW
Lol happens in my tank a lot, stray xenia end up growing on the empty shells then the hermits change houses. Too funny though, my daughter says it's portable shade Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
