cjmdh Posted July 10, 2016 Share Posted July 10, 2016 Prior to getting the tank we had regular indoor pest control treatments. I have read that this can kill a tank real quick. Lexinverts Posted July 10, 2016 Share Posted July 10, 2016 (edited) I would be very careful about this, and would avoid it unless I had a really serious problem with pests.If you do need to have it done, put a cover over the tank and turn your skimmer and any air stones off. Tell the pest guys to stay away from the area near the tank. Add activated carbon and do a big water change after the application.
