Paratore
As the title says, where do you guys get your diodes? I got a used/broken fixture and was able to fix it so it all works now but some of the diodes are broken and I just want to replace others. Thanks! Paratore
Did you just place a bulk order? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Edited December 14, 2015 by Paratore
Blue Z Reef
Rapid led only sells them on PCBs right? I think your just after the leds themselves. I always eBay mine, usually takes a bit since they are coming from China usually. How many and what colors do you need? I have some but don't usually sell my stash lol
Paratore
Correct, I'm only after the LEDs them self! I might have to check eBay out then! I'm not sure what colors and how many yet. I know I need some UV ones, at least 4, but other than that I haven't decided yet. Lots of the white channel needs to be replaced but it's only going above my anemone tank so not sure yet. I also might try my hand at building an LED unit for my refugium. lots of Unknow haha. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Blue Z Reef
Just curious, is this a 120w or newer 165w d120?
Paratore
It's a 120w I believe. It's an older reef star. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
milesmiles902
Some websites that someone advised to me for microcontroller projects were these: Digikey - Really specific parts, but has a minumum order number http://www.digikey.com/en Jameco - Less specific, but you can order just one, and not 5000 http://www.jameco.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/StoreCatalogDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10001&catalogId=10001 Haven't ordered from them, but I would bet they are reliable websites.
