water change

Without knowing anything about your setup, I'd definitely lean towards things being ok without a water change. The issue would be if you have a bunch of coral and don't dose any trace supplements. Even then, I'm sure the system could maintain for a while.

I'd be leery of hard metals in the well water.

If you really don't want to wait, I'd just head to TPA and buy some RO water.

I agree with higher thinking, you'll be fine with no water change. In my opinion they are really good for a system but not needed every 2 weeks or every month on the dot. I don't remember the last time I did a water change and my stuff looks great! Granted I was try to starve out some algae and it worked so I'll probably do a good water change soon. But back to my point, your tank will be just fine waiting. I'm also on a well and would never use the water because my TDS meter reads 170 ppm on the incoming water...... RO/DI water should be 0.
