Hahaha sent from a Samsung note 4 Do anything special before the smoke? I brined mine for a day before tossing it on the smoker. I run a Weber Bullet for the smoker. matt Posted November 28, 2015 Share Posted November 28, 2015 All I did was rub it in butter and salt and pepper. I used alder and smoked it low and slow for 7 hrs. matt Posted November 28, 2015 Share Posted November 28, 2015 I put it on at 9am and took it off at 4:30. It came off almost black from the smoke!!! I love low and slow!!
