fredknack
I bought a $15.00 advanced ticket for this event and then discovered that I was going to be out of town on Saturday August 4th 2007. http://www.pnwmas.org/newsite/cfm.html I think tickets cost more now. I want to trade my ticket for a Zoo Frag or something that can enjoy my 29 gallon BioCube. Any takers? I am on the Portland West Side and I am In NE daily. I can deliver. http://www.loopdaddy.com/plantedreef/biocube/ Thanks
Randy-S
You may be able to get your money back i heard a rumor that it may be cancelled. Not enough tickets sold. But its just a rumor no hard facts on that.
dsoz
Canceled???!!!!??? I hope that it is only a rumor. Where did you hear it from? I thought that Steve was well pleased with the ticket sales, and that he was going to be sending the club another block of tickets to sell. At the last meeting, we were told that there were about 100 tickets sold, and that was in the ballpark for it to be considered a success. dsoz
fredknack
The website sure seems to think it is happening. It sounded cool so I hope it works out. I still have the ticket but it looks like you can still get them for $15.00. For one tiny zoo frag it could be yours
JManrow
No cancellation. PNWMAS has sold more tickets than any club previously. A turnout of 120 to 150 is expected for the NW-CFM. That is why ticket prices are continuing to be sold for $15 up to the day of the event, then $25 at the door. The 2007 Las Vegas IMAC Conference had been cancelled due to high temperatures. This may be where the confusion started. http://www.pnwmas.org/forums/showthread.php?t=4710
Michael7979
It has NOT been cancelled. Tyree just emailed me today looking for help/contact info. and said they have moved it to the larger conference room at the hotel and all vendors will be given a larger booth space. dsoz
How many people are they expecting at this point? dsoz
fredknack
That is great news. Maybe if it is a success then it will be done again and I will be able to make it next year.
