Be careful with your max though; I don't think that most people run 100% intensity. I never did with my IT2040's. I am with my Kessil's though because they don't have near the penetration. I ramped them up to 75% over the course of aprox. 4 months, when I switched from a dual T5 set-up. The corals that were present during the ramp up all responded well, but it seems that when I add new corals from a tank that doesn't have the same intensity, they usually have a hard time acclimating. Even when left on the sand bed, they take forever to look like they are supposed to. Is my only choice to turn them back down? What are you running at today and how do new corals respond to it?
