I ordered a box of reef salt from them which came with free shipping so the did not make money or very little on the sale. WHen it got here the box had broken open in transit ans some of the salt had spilt out and was solidified basically the whole box was ruined. I call the customer service number and the phone answered before it even rang and with in five minutes they were shipping out a new box of salt free of charge and were not making me go through the hassle of sending the old destrotyed product back. Don't forget that many LFS don't make a lot on fish so if you only buy fish, your not really helping to keep their doors open. I'm glad they didn't make it hassle for you though.
