bored808
Hey guys, wondering what u guys think are the best tank controllers, bang for the buck basically wanted something to monitor ph, control temperature, possibly dose calk, basic functions like mapping and text/email alerts are cool as well. anyway what do u guys think? cant seem to figure what is worth it as well as if it is worth the extra cash. Mohaynow
For all of that I would go with an Apex. If you just want something to controll your heater and lights I would go with a Reef Keeper.
DennisW
If I needed one right now, I would buy the Apex. JMO Dennis

bored808
hmm... anyone have any other suggestions???
Mohaynow
You're really kinda limited on options if you are looking for one controller to do all those things you listed. Sounds like you need an Apex. They are expensive but worth the money from what I have heard.

BrianB
The reef keeper elite does everything you want and more. Check em out. There are also a add ons you can get that you can't with the apex.
Hog Head
Can one controller handle more than one tank? If so which one(s)?
ThePremiumAquarium
Apex can do just that
BrianB
Why so much love for apex? Just wondering if im missing something. It comes with less out of the box. Costs more. Does less, has no android phone support. So what makes it so great?
Kimberlee
I like the reef keeper but that's me.

Apex is a nice cheaper quality controller and the profluix is like the top dog with more options and better build quality.
