  1. Color will change from that nice bright green to a greenish brown. Greenish brown is bad or any kind of green that's not that bright one. When it is ready to harvest it will be a dark version of the green it is now and you wont be able to see through it at all.
  2. Looking good....you should check out the 454 purple bulbs, I loved having one in my T-5 combo and will be adding one to my current T-5's soon. Also I'm sure you already know, but careful to acclimate corals to the new lights.
  3. I would like to take a min. to remind everyone we have iTrader....This is our way of protecting each other and being able to research who we're buying from before we buy. It only takes a second and it doesn't even need to be detailed. REMEMBER to give feed back please.
  4. Your matching all this to that wonderful table...this is going to be really nice and classy. Oh I can't wait to see it all done.
  5. WOW! your a great ex, I think I would be there at 5am, just to be as mean as I could. Good luck w/ the move, and I have my fingers crossed for happy livestock on the other side.
  6. Any one ever thought of registering and papering the corals? There'd be no question on lineage than. We could have coral shows and travel a circuit, which I'm sure is already happening.
  7. Frank I will send a whole load your way. And your set up is looking good...let me know when your ready for pods.
  8. Looks just like the toad stool Donna has.
  9. If that's what it's doing should be fine. I believe sloughing is just a cleaning proses
  10. If the potter angel is still available I would like him please.
  11. Cool bean...I'm sure everyone here can understand not wanting to move their tank, after watching grow and mature. Thx guys
  12. That's it great stuff and I'd take most of it, just to far. gorges frag tank though and bump for awesome prices.
  13. sounds good...I guess I am being a baby. If the house caught fire someone would have to knock me out to make me leave.
  14. That could work, but it has been drilled into my head never to move a tank w/ water. The tank is only a 40B w/ a 29 gal sump.
  15. Okay I am pissed right now about this so.......6 months ago I noticed a discolored spot in the ceiling above my tank. I called my landlord and he assured me that it was all fine and dandy. A week ago it started leaking while my kid was in the shower. My landlord got the late night call and was here the next day. He tore out dry wall, checked everything, and we found nothing. The next step is cutting out the hole, which is to the right of the tank. Like an inch to the right. It is apparent that he will need more room than that to work, and despite my irritation my hubby is insisting that we move the tank so the work can be done. I hate it when he's right, but man is he right on this one. Anyway I am concerned about going through a mini cycle. LC Scott had this happen when he moved his tank here. I need all the advice I can get on how to make this happen w/ little impact on the tank, and possibly the loan of a 55gal drum. Thx in advance everyone this has really got me all worked up. (My point being, it should have been handled 6 months ago.)
  16. What bothers me about this is they don't tell you what this thing is made out of.
