MVPaquatics
Increase water changes. Decrease feeding or make sure all is eaten. Use some carbon with granular ferric oxide for phosphates. Make sure your bulbs are within a year old. Increase flow and skimming. Increase cleaner crew. I am sure i missed something

Derbird
Good advice already. Only thing to add is my Emerald crab (Mithrax Sculptus) did a great job helping clean up the brown algea. If its the same stuff I had at one point that is.

Sorry those are two different things. Carbon and GFO. You can get them locally. I am not sure who is local to you. I recommend the best carbon you can find. And GFO. Or phosguard if you cant find GFO. Put them in a canister filter, media bag in sump, or reactor. Edit: chemi pure elite is supposed to be both in one. And purigen is kind of the same. I have heard good reviews but dont use either personally
