impur
So anyone have info on caring for these guys? I find they are related to dendros and sun corals so it obviously must be fed.
Randy-S
Cool miles thats outstanding! I think they are as easy as the dendros so you should have no problems with it. I hope i am in line for the first frag!

impur
Well i got the Rhizo in the tank tonight. Its white/opaque with bright yellow tips. I don't know much about these but they look like anenomes to me. It looks a bit upset to me, like the mouth is gaping. Or it could be hungry? These pics were minutes after going into the tank and only my actinics were on, so pardon the crappy shots. I'll get more pics tomorrow. I can't wait to see it fully open! Randy-S
Nice! i would not say its hungry, its just ajusting to your tank. i would not worry about feeding it for a day or two. Lets see some better shots later today. How about some more duncan shots?
vanz
can't wait to see more shots. Did you find more info on them? Man...that is sweet winning something like that.
impur
It looked a lot better this morning. No more gaping. I'll get pics on my lunch break! More duncan pics too I found they are pretty much like sun corals, or dendros. Eat meaty foods, reproduce by budding. Once thing i'm scared of is the mouth on this coral is bigger than my black clown fish!
impur
Here we go as promised! Its eating some worm i think

tidalsculpin
Very cool coral. You were saying it is closely related to sun coral? I'd say it is prettier than sun coral.

I hope i am in line for the first frag! Are you serious? The last I heard was that dendros died in aquariums... mind you, the last time I looked at anything like that was well over a year. Has there been some big change?
impur
Not that i know of. Dendros are being traded and sold pretty redily now. Just need regular feedings.
