(just arrived today for me) The top ten signs you have a large reef tank according to Joe Yaiullo 1. The handle of the extension pole is 16 feet long, with 10 foot "grabbers" 2. The tank is divided into an East coast and West coast 3. you first have to decide whether to use a snorkel or a wet suit before doing any maintenance. 4. the sight of the last four 50 pound bags of calcium hydroxide has you making a mental note to order the next palette. 5. a partial water change is more than 4000 gallons 6. 5 tons of live rock barely covers the 15 ton base rock foundation. 7. lowering the water level 1 inch, requires removing some 250 gallons of water. 8. you dont just feed six to eight cubes of frozen foods, but 6-8 pounds 9. you dive into the tank to rearrange the decor, and move a very large leather coral with your foot instead of lifting it, because you dont want to throw out your back. The most reliable sign that you own a large reef aquarium is: You use one 400w blue light to simulate moonlight!
