grassi Posted October 6, 2011 Share Posted October 6, 2011 Tired of rusting blades I finally got this folding knife. It is made in Japan from H1 steel by the american brand Spyderco. They have a few models made of this steel on their catalogue. I went for the Salt 1 Plain Edge blade, which for size and blade shape is perfect for fragging. The H1 steel is rustproof. That means that you can leave it inside your tank for a few weeks and it wont rust. Other parts of the knife are made of titanium and fiberglass reinforced plastic.
