talkalot82
So I know this isnt a good pic cause I had to use my cell phone but in the sand last night I was cleaning my glass and I spotted this guy.. he has a body like an emerald crab but white and has sand on his body to blend in..fur on his main body and his back legs had fur too. but no fur on his main pinchers and he burrows.. He has black eyes... he keeps his legs in real close into his body unlike and emerald crab and he seems to fear my fish. if you look on his tummy he is slightly lepard print.. I couldnt catch him and I dont think he is a gorrila crab or stone crab. my corals all seem fine.. nothing is disapearing but what is he? MVPaquatics
Looks like it may be in the mithrax genus. Emeralds i believe are the only "algae" eaters of the group. Some call them gorilla crabs i believe. Hes probabaly a lot slower as to stalk prey.
