tnflindsey
wondering if anyone else has tried these lights.. I have four on my tank "night lights" they run about an hr or two before my MH comes on and then my 4 leds turn off. They also run an hour after the Mh goes out.. sometimes run them longer at night just for enjoyment of looking at tank... again these work great.. http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/10128734
Beckie
I have thought about it for my sea horse tank. Sounds like you like it. Beckie
Electrokate
Bought a pair of .5 watt diode lights (discontinued product) a couple years ago from Ikea. They are amazingly bright and rather yellow. Tried them on a 24" deep tank and they burned holes in the clam mantle and chalice, so test what you get especially if it leans yellow or red. Some Ikea led lights at that time ran hot, which makes me think they will not last long. Really want to see what their dioder strips do, was thinking of doing a nano with them. Just don't want to be the one to try it first after my last experience (: Anyone know if these are good? http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/20119418 Kate
