Emerald525
I saw this on ebay and just thought it was so cool!(drooler)I think the orange eyes and orange rim will really glow.. I had not heard of pectinias until recently but have been seeing them more and more and I really think they are awesome!(clap)(clap) I think a good name for this would be Demon Eyes Pectinia or Darth Maul Pectinia!(laugh)
Gill
I saw the one in your tank, green eyes if I remember right (scratch) Very cool coral, I told Beth it looked like a chalice gone crazy LOL
Emerald525
Yes it had bright green eyes and a green rim. I'm calling it the Riddler pectinia lol . Yeah to me it looks like a cross between a chalice and an sps.

cellowithgills
So that's what it's called DOH!. I've had one for almost a year and haven't know what it was. I got it 7/8 dead and it hasn't grown much.

Kimberlee
The pectina aren't easy to keep, are they? What kind of care do they require?
Emerald525
The pectina aren't easy to keep' date=' are they? What kind of care do they require?[/quote'] They remind me of a cross between an sps and a chalice. They act very much like a chalice in that they like lower light and flow and seem to like similar water parameters as the one in my chalice dominated tank is doing well.
