luis
I’ve just seen the new Maxi-Jet Pro and am thinking about trying one. I currently use the regular Maxi_Jets on a wave strip and wonder if the new version will work on a wave strip or not. Does anybody have any experience with this? Mitchell
I have read that they make noise at start up, so I don't think they would make a good candidate for a wavemaker. Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk
luis
I saw that too. They sure seem like a good idea though. It would be a shame to have a nice product like that and not be able to use it on the wave strip. Any other experiences with the Maxi-Jet Pro? They will probably come out with ones made to be used with a wavemaker just like hydor did. Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk

badguitarist
I havent used the maxi-jet pros but I do have a couple of the mod kits (which I assume is basically the same thing) and they make a lot of noise when they are first plugged in
luis
Ya, I recently went to my local salt shop and had them unplug the one they were using and then plug it back in. It makes a lot of noise on start up. It most defiantly would not work on a wave strip. That’s too bad. Thanks everybody for you input.
