So this is about the 3 or 4th time my clowns have laid eggs. I was lucky enough to actually catch the end of the spawning for the first time. Thought it was pretty cool. Its about 4 minutes of her doing her thing. When she was done the male was swimming around doing something similar

 

 

Just thought it was pretty cool. The male ends up eating the eggs about a week later. But they seemed determined to keep trying.

SO where do people get rotifers from around here. My eggs are 8 days today, I was told 6-8 days to hatch. I realize I have little of no chance, but Ill see what I can do. I have a tank set up in the garage that is pretty much ready. Have a airline set up to run.

 

If im lucky enough to actually catch them hatch, I will see what happens I guess.

I managed to get about 10-15 out of the tank and into my other tank. Still a bunch that have not hatched yet. The fwe that I got into the tank are swimming around. See if I have any left over in the morning.
