wanareef
Anyone using them? Just got a pr in and they look like the Phoenix 14k's I took out (only a couple months of use). Guess I'll have to let them burn in for a while and see. I wanted more "pop" of colors on the corals, that's why I went to the Ushio's. The XM's were too blue and too low of par for me, I wanted both the color and the growth.
siskiou
Do you still have the 14k bulbs, and if yes, are you selling them? I've been wanting to try them, but can't afford them new.
wanareef
Sorry, not selling them right now (just a 2 months old). Got them for $50 ,cheaper than most but still might be too much $$ http://www.soslightbulbs.com/phoenix-14k-250w-aquarium-lamp.aspx The Ushio 20k looks like the Phoenix 14k DOH! I would reconmend getting the Ushio as the par is higher on the DE 20k than on the Radiums. I got those from that petplace I think DOH! they were only $58 + ship cheapest around.
