justinb
Hi Everyone, I've been lurking around this great forum for a while. I'm a newbie to the hobby. I started with my first Reef tank (a 14G Biocube) about 18 months ago, then "upgraded" to a 65 Gallon AGA when I moved into my first home, here is SE Portland. I've had my 65G setup for a couple months now, and finally things have settled down enough to get involved with the group! When upgrading from 14G to 65G, I had a massive outbreak of cyanobacteria. It's almost all gone finally, thanks in part to increased flow & increased water changes. I'll be taking part in the GOC, hopefully it will be a good excuse to meet other members, and learn more (and more) about this really awesome hobby!. I'll upload more pictures later.. but I attached one.. to get started

justinb
Welcome. Glad came out of lurking. What is the sign in the upper right corner of your tank? dsoz Ha! It's just the sticker left on from the purchase. I figured I'd leave it on, since I want the entire back to be covered anyways
Beckie
Welcome Justin! You waited to come on board. I started before the tank was set up. Your way calmer than I. Beckie

gawf4fun
Welcome to the group. Nice looking tank. I like your aquascaping the way you have it angled and the cave. very nice. Are you undecided on bare botton versus sand bed, or is that the result of flow? (clap)
