reefnjunkie
Just curious for those who run a calcium reactor or maybe even those using RO/DI units if any is interested in black rigid tubing vs the white that is typically found. I find I need to replace mine every few months due to some algae/foreign substance that starts to grow inside the tubing restricting water flow. I find it much more common replacing the lines to my calcium reactor. Anyway, I don't need 100' in 1/4" & 3/8" so figured I'd ask to see who may be interested. MVPaquatics
I have purchased it for my RO at hydroponics stores locally. Sold by the foot. In case you didn't want to ship and buy so much

Was going to toss the tubing, but I tried blowing in reverse after it laid out a few days and it cleared the line. Is this the stiff line like the stuff that comes with RODI units. Or is this more flexible like the 1/4" lines in the irrigation dept at home depot? Just curious... Also home depot carries 1/4" for refrigerator ice maker stuff. Not flexible, rigid like the RO/DI tubing. You should just jump on the band wagon before the pricing takes a retail increase for those who didn't get in on this ground floor purchase That blowing out gunk leaving residual crap behind will get old-do it the better way, the more "automated way I have purchased it for my RO at hydroponics stores locally. Sold by the foot. In case you didn't want to ship and buy so much The local weed growing stores I've been in sell vinyl tubing and not the 3/8" I may find the 1/4" but I placed the order so Im all in. Thanks for the input, Mike I may have been able to find it locally but online was easy Come on peeps, this is a good investment, get it now while it's not marked up Hahahaha
reefnjunkie
I'm adding 8.00 to the cost of each roll to cover shipping. That puts the 1/4" and 3/8" roughly .20 and .27 per foot respectively. I don't want to mess with 1 foot here and 3 feet there- so itll be sold in 10' increments and a 5.00 minimum. So you can take less but you'll still pay the minimum. Later down the road I may mark it up Hehehe
