  1. Hello everyone, I'm trying to move back to frozen food. All my fish stopped eating frozen food after I introduced them to flake food (I ran out of frozen food I had, and didn't have money to muy frozen that time). So I'm looking for flats, something good and cheap at the same time. What do you guys recommend? Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  2. Hi everyone, It's been a while since I have been on here. I recently made a switch from a 55 to 40g tank and now in search of some corals to get the reef going. Anyone selling cheap corals? I live in Corvallis. So someone nearby preferably. Thank you [emoji1] Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  3. If anyone here is having any of those problems and would love to give it a shot, it'll be great! IF it's true, then it should be a great product to have. Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  4. Apparently it gets rid of most of the algae problems, and cyano problems. I think it's made out of bacterias and not chemicals, so doesn't have any ill effects in the tank. A bunch of people ordered it on that forum after it was posted there. So I'm just waiting for what people think of it. A bunch of people said it's working great for them and that the algae just disappears and doesn't cause any spikes in NO3 and PO4 levels. I just provided the link here as to see if anyone here have any personal experience with it or not. Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk

  6. So I woke up and checked my tank and the corals seemed happy, and then my friend comes over and notices that one clown is missing. We looked for it everywhere and didn't find it anywhere and then I finally looked behind the aquarium and it was on the carpet, dead. It was my very first fish that I ever got. So it left me devastated. And then in the evening, I was feeding my fish and had the circulation pump and return pump on feeding time and the circulation pump wouldn't turn on. So I pulled it out and cleaned it and it started working. When I thought everything was going well, my T5 fixture took a dunk into the tank and lights went off. Nothing seriously bad happened, but I just hope the fixture works fine (it's the only light fixture I have and can't afford a new one for a while), I opened it and dried it out a bit and the lights did come on, but not so bright. So hopefully tomorrow, when the lights go on, they work fine. Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  7. This thing works like magic! I had such a gard time getting rid of that algae off the front wall of my aquarium. And I just scrubbed over it once with Dobie and it was all gone. Thank you all! Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk

  11. I was actually thinking about an arrow crab, but I read so many negative things about them. So not sure if I want to go that route. Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  12. Haha you're hilarious! Lol So what's a good place to buy that wrasse from? Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  13. Yeah, that's one option. but aren't they really aggressive? Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  14. Tangs get really big. and I'm trying to stick to fish that don't get too big. Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  15. Sweet! I'll get one! Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  16. It's beautiful! Definitely getting one haha ???? So what do you use instead of crabs? Snails? Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  17. It is beautiful. I just read they usually go after crabs and other invertebrates. Is that a fact? Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  18. My wife and I are thinking about adding a new fish to our 55 gallon tank. Right now we have 1 chromis, 2 Ocellaris Clowns, 2 peppermint Shrimp, a RBTA, and some CUC. And some softies. We were thinking about some sort of wrasse, something that's not aggressive. One of the reasons we were thinking about Wrasse is because they eat pests, including bristle worm (I just have a huge population of them inside the tank, some of them are around 10inch long, and need something that will keep their population in check and not just completely eradicate them. But we are pretty open about other fishes too. So I'd love to get some input from you all experienced reefers. And something on the cheaper side please. Maybe around $30 at most. I'm not risking buying something expensive right now that might end up dying, as the tank is pretty new. Thank you Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  19. What magnet cleaner should I get then? To use these pads with? Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  20. Haha okay! Thanks again. Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  21. Okay cool. So I should just totally disregard the 'not for aquarium use', right? Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  22. Although it says 'Not for Aquarium Use' Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  23. http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/57ec2e17d86aa/IMG-20160928-WA0019.jpeg?Is this the right one? Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  24. I'll definitely look into them. Thank you Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
  25. I'm looking for a good algae scrubber/scrapper for my 55G Acrylic tank, something that will not leave any scratches. Mighty magnet seems to have great reviews, but they are way out of my range. I'll appreciate all the inputs. Thank you Sent from my SM-N915V using Tapatalk
