My aunt who lived in Louisiana for years taught us this recipe probably 12 years ago now.  So yummy and fun.  Now we're teaching our daughter.  :-)

I know!  Sometimes I'm amazed he isn't bitten!  He's such a tease all day.

We added a big snowflake morey eel.  It's so fun to watch the yellow tang tease him into thinking he's food and then swim quickly away while the eel bites blindly into nothing.

It was great to meet everyone! Hollys place and tanks are amazing. Next time swing the camera around so we have your gorgeous face in too Kim. It was fun to chat with Sirena. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, I can see why Bret loves you all.

We used to have a Traeger until it was stollen!  I love pellet grills and someday we'll have one again I hope.  Bret makes the best ribs on a pellet grill I've ever had!

to make an account on here and start a post.  Soooo, at home we have a 180 gallon tank that is full of ugly hair algae at the moment.  We have a couple, super fun to watch, puffer fish that our kids adore.  Last week Bret picked up some beautiful big sea hares to eat the algae.  I LOVE those slug looking things!  They're so beautiful and fun to watch.  And then the puffer fish ATE THEM!  Not nice puffer fish!  Bad puffer fish, lol.  We still love the puffers, but yeah, I guess no more sea hares for us.
