    Sad news,  I will not be able to make it on the party bus. :teardrop:
    Hopefully there is someone who can take my place? Also, maybe I could still get those raffle tickets and join up with the rest of the group as soon as I can in the late morning or early afternoon?

    Oh no that really sucks [emoji30] I hope you can eventually come for part of the tour [emoji3]

    I never had any problems training my sun coral, but maybe I got lucky. It was almost always open, then lost in the great tank crash of 2015. :nooo:
    I am on the hunt for another, but I want to start small with no more than 10 heads, which seems tough to find in the style of my old beauty:

    I've seen one or two small frags in the last few months, but they looked like dirt, so the search for a healthy specimen of small size in the classic style continues. 
    Looking back through my old pictures, I spy another NPS I had. A chili coral might do well in Sirena's tank. Mine did great as long as I was dumping in ridiculous amounts of food, then withered away after about a year, once I wised up about nutrient overload and calmed down on the daily tank feasts.

    That looks awesome! I will totally have to check out the chili coral. I do feed my tank a great deal.

    Yes they are in the seahorse tank. Funny you mention that Sean. This picture was taken first thing in the morning and Sirena said they only open up at this time. And I told her that you have to train them to eat during the day by feeding them during the day.
    So what does she do... She feeds it anyway.

    Hi there friends of the big pink hummer!!  

    I am excited to announce our official plans for the party bus are as follows.....
     
    • 9:00 AM Meet at Cuttlefish 6363 SE Capitol Hwy 97239
      • we will all sign waivers, pile in, start with bloody mary's or mimosas.....
    • Arrive at Upscales no later than 10:00 (but probably way sooner) 
      • Have breakfast...shop....more drinks.....
    • 11:00 leave Upscales and arrive at 11:30 to Golden Basket
      • Shop...drink.....
    • 12:30 leave Golden Basket arrive at 1:00 to Cuttlefish
      • Shop....drink....and have Baja Fresh lunch!

    Sorta kinda not really lol. One person I talked to said 16-18 one said 20. So if we settle on 18 we should have room for massive amounts of Jell-O shots, vodka, patron, bloody Mary's, mimosas..... oh yeah and cooler for fish stuff [emoji15][emoji848][emoji41]. I'll add ya to the list Bill

    If you and your wife could get a ride to Upscales you could still board and we wouldn't be leaving there until 1100am so there would be lots of wiggle room and you wouldn't miss any of the tour.

    UPDATE!

    I have secured the mighty pink hummer and am working out details. There has been a possible change in plans but it will bring the price down to $30 a person as our wonderful board is basically paying the deposit [emoji177][emoji8][emoji1].

     

    It was suggested that we meet at Cuttlefish at 9am the take the limo to Upsdales, then to Golden Basket and end back at Cuttlefish. Then we can eat and stay as long as we want [emoji4] and it drops the overall cost by $180!! (Good idea Karen!!!! [emoji106][emoji41]) I do not know yet if the limo service is available that early I have left the guy a message.

    If not we will go with the original plan and it will be $40 a person.

     

    We do have room for 1 more person...officially but they did say 16-18 ppl soooo.... we can get friendly if there are more interested I will also make an alternate list of more are interested [emoji4]

    YAY!!  and yes...we will start at Upscales and the bus will bring us back =D  They provide bottled water and a fun atmosphere.....its BYOB and then last time the club supplied food.  This time though we are having a ton of food at the stores so we will probably just have snacks....or someone can make Jello shots again :icon_bow:

    UPDATE:

    Working out pricing and deals....so far we have 11 people interested in going (well 12 if you count room for Jorge's Patron!:wub:) and if we can get a total of 16 I may have a few tricks up my sleeve to get the pricing down to $40 per person :yippee:What are your thoughts on the pricing???  and is this not the coolest thing ever!!!! (Hot chicks not included :nooo:)

    Party Bus for April Meeting?!?!?

    Okay ladies :cheer:and dudes :cool: it is that time of year to do the store tour April 15th 10:00 - 3:00 ....and what better way to do it then on a party bus :yahoo:

    I plan on calling around tomorrow for quotes but wanted to see how many people may be interested in going in together on this.  We had a ton of fun last year (although I am not sure I remember much as I had A LOT of Jello shots) :innocent:

    Please let me know if you would even be interested and I will work on pricing =D

    It has not even been 24 hours yet since dosing and I'm staring at the tank just waiting [emoji30] it's like watching paint dry!! I just want it gone and clearly I am the most impatient persons ever [emoji854]
