  1. Meticulously maintained and even upgraded.

One of the only issues with the COR20 is the under-spec'd power connector and power brick.  If you do an internet search for COR20 failures, 90+% of the results will be one or both of those.  Knowing a little about power, soldering, and marine wiring, I replaced the tiny barrel plug with a slightly more capable one. I also replaced the power brick with one that's more than capable of the amp draw of the pump at 100% continuously.  Now, the pump should never die and the power plug won't fall out under its own weight.

220 bucks.  I'll include any plumbing parts I can find for it (I should have them all).  At the very least what you see in the pictures. PXL_20230208_045934421.jpgPXL_20230208_045944802.jpgPXL_20230208_050007630.jpgPXL_20230208_050022548.jpgPXL_20230208_050031864.jpg

What uv are you using   I’m using an Aqua UV And after talking with there tech found out I was not pushing near enough water through it  I put a flow meter on the output side of tge Uv and used an oversized dc pump to handle this task

Depends on what you're trying to kill.  The more time in the tube, the bigger the organism it'll kill.  If you're only after bacterial blooms, then sure... rip that water through there. :)

  3. Also, the chance of even half of the water being double processed is slim even if you dumped it right in front of the pump.  You won't want to pull from the drain and empty into the return area either because you'll be skipping the skimmer section.  As long as you return even an inch downstream of where you picked up, it'll be fresh new un-sterilized water that can then get skimmed/whatever else.

  4. If it was me, I'd run it with its own adjustable flow pump and just dump it back in the sump. Gives you ultimate control without compromising reliability.  Then, put the UV and the pump on a power splitter so you remember to turn them both on/off at the same time.

  5. I used this unit for a while and it worked great.  When I moved to the new house, I never had time to set it back up (and now I'm tearing down that system).  Bought a brand new bulb for it and it's just been sitting.  Selling so somebody else can get some use out of it.  Including the old bulb. I'm not sure how much life is left in it if any.  3/4" unions included.
