Has anyone ever used a mp10 on .5in acrylic or glass? I read somewhere it won't and was kinda bummed, just curious if anyone here has used it

Looking for straight trade this is not a fancy sump has over under baffles and is made from glass can text pictures. Yours doesnt need to be fancy either just hold water and have no cracks.
