  1. Main Tank:

160 gallon 60"x24"x30" Black Back. It has a single 1 1/2" over flow witch goes to a single 1" return split to two 1" Flow Accelerators on opposite sides of the tank for more flow since it loses a bunch of pressure with all the piping and 90degree angles. The sump is a 100gallon Rubbermaid stock tank which I upgraded the bulk head to a aquarium bulk head. I am guessing I have about 180-200lbs of rock in the main tank and about another 100 or so in the sump.

    Frag Tank:

This is also plumbed to a frag tank which is I think about 22 gallons or so that is 25"x15"x12" with a 1" over flow and 1" return.

I think I have about 230 gallons or so of working water in the whole system. OH and I think I should add the frag tank and sump are in my garage. And last but not least I have an Apex controller running the system.

Salt: I have been using Kent Marine Reef Salt Mix since the day I started in this hobby about 4-5 years ago.

I THINK I AM DONE NOT SURE?? (scratch)

  2. I can't believe I might miss this one again (flame)(cussing)(censored)? I just agreed to drive a friends daughter and her friends around for prom on the 19th. Well maybe I can make it down for like an hour. But I know that that will probably not be enough time to really check out the setup.

  3. Looks good can't wait to see it all done.

I think what reefnjunkie is talking about is the support for the bottom of the tank. With what we see only the edges of the bottom of the tank will have support. Like a center brace going across or plywood under the tank to help support the weight. I think this might be what he is talking about but I am not sure.

  4. Ya looks like original mummy eye. If you want one with more green you need to get the Oregon mummy eye, mengs mummy, and there are a bunch of others. But be careful you are saying right now that your not sold on them but I was thinking the same for a long time. But I have 38 different chalices In my tank right now and I think like 5 more coming my way from a grow out that I am in. They are my coral crack right now but I told my wife I would not buy any more corals for awhile.

  5. When ever I get those $5 off code they say I can't use them in a group buy purchase read the smaller print right under it. I am so glad you get free shipping with orders over $175. Since the cheapest shipping other than the ground was like $350 for what I got this time two day was like $440 or so if I remember right.
