    4 offers so far already with 4 showings. Still have 5 more showings tonight. This is a crazy market. I've heard about the stories and didn't believe it but we had a realtor call us before he called our agent to give us the background on his clients.

    Good time to sell but buying is a whole different game. The houses we looked at online just last night are all pending. Gotta find something and make an offer fast in this market. ;)

    I wouldn't bother myself. I bought about 20 a few years back for about $150 planning it to be a group buy. The other two involved couldn't get to my place in time so I put them all in my biocube. They ate a few but I think most of them died. Wish Alex was still in town as I know he had decent luck breeding them.

    Officer position nomination ends before that, but the board positions will still be open. This might be your year to get elected, thus far there is minimal interest in running for club leadership, not even candidates for 3/5 of the spots.

    I'm not sure when the positions are going to be voted on but I'm waiting one more week to decide if I would like to run or not. That being said we don't get to choose if we get a position it's elected from our peers. 1,2,3rd then accept the vote. If it needs to be done before next Friday I can't do it this year. Good luck to those of you going for president! I still vote John! He should have been vp like stated months ago but I just recently found out that he is not vp.

    I"m so happy that you got this set up! You are a wealth of knowledge and I'm sure I will learn more about the coldwater world!

    In the process of selling our current house and buying a new one. Moving tanks sucks and trying to find a house that can fit a 4ft tank isn't something I want to search for when I'm looking at the moment. I plan to build a nice cube Coldwater once we settle into the new place. Maybe by the fall.
