  1. I thought dinoF had bubbles attached to them as well? Couldn't make out any bubbles in the pictures. Oddly(and probably luckily) enough, when I had my dinoF problem(and Cyano) none of it ever reached the rocks(knock on wood). It just stayed on the sand and anything else on the sand that wasn't a coral

  2. I have this exact unit and it works fine. I live in Beaverton and the water is not bad. The seller is really great and their customer service is pretty quick. My RO membrane failed recently and he is going to send me a new one after I send the defective one back to him. They warranty all of it for 1 year. I think you can get a better price if you go to their website directly.

  3. Yeah, FIOS rocks! When I moved here from Corvallis, where I had Comcast, they said they would charge me $40 to rehook it up here in Beaverton. This really annoyed me since I was a pre-existing customer and they usually have some kind of deal for free installation. I said screw it and went to dish and fortunately FIOS was available in my area already. Comcast speeds always sucked in Corvallis and I was luck to get 20kB/sec. upload. Went the Qwest DSL route and was getting roughly 80kB/sec upload for the same price. When I got the FIOS here in Beaverton, I'm getting ~180kB/sec upload and 1.1 MB/sec download upload for the price of my old DSL. I'll never go with Comcast if I can help it. Couldn't stand all those hidden fees................a franchise fee really piss#d me off when I started seeing it on the bill! Even went the Dish Network route to avoid them! I think the only way I would ever go back to them is if they offered ala cart programming

  4. Ya, I noticed it was first Zoas, then acans (Lordhowensis), now chalices.

I don't think that scolies will make it big because of the difficulty in fragging them, and the year or so it takes for them to heal up to looking round again.

I was OK with the zoa craze (not willing to pay more than $2/polyp), and the acan craze was kinda neat because all the cool colors that could be found (no more than $10/polyp for me). But chalices... most of them look like baby poop on a nacho chip to me. OOOOH, this one has some peas with the carrots... BLAH! I don't even want to pay $1 per eye, let alone the $40 or $50 per eye that some are going for... LOL

That was hilarious! I especially liked the Chalice descriptions(laugh)

  5. I'm just really swamped this week I think so if anybody is interested in the pair, please go ahead and pick this pair up. I don't think I would have time to pick them up and acclimate them till this weekend at the earliest and even then it's a maybe. If they are still around then, I would be interested but I just took a look at my schedule and I just don't have time. Sorry Eric.

  6. I know he meant tang which is why I said avoid all fish with the name clown except for clownfish.(scratch)

I hope you know I was just teasing. (laugh)

  7. I'm not getting anything "clown" except clownfish. I think clown triggers look cool but hear they can be a lot of trouble too.

LOL I'm glad I'm not the only one who calls fish "A holes"

I think he was referring to the tang and not triggers
